Emily Paget
Intensive English Instructor
Emily has been teaching English at Green River College since 2006, where she has taught IEP levels 2-5 as well as College Readiness and Accelerated College Reading and Writing. Emily has a bachelor's degree in Linguistics and master's degrees in TESOL and Global Technology and Development. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Innovation in Global Development, with a focus on women’s education in emerging countries.
Emily has studied several languages, including French, Japanese, Russian, and German. When she's not teaching, Emily loves to be active, especially outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband. Emily’s favorite part of teaching is meeting wonderful students from around the world.
